Zoe

Zoe is a gentle and compassionate counsellor and behaviour support practitioner who strongly believes in congruency and trust with all the participants she works with.

With four years of experience as a support worker in the NDIS and her current role as a counsellor at a clinic in Brisbane, Zoe is committed to providing high-quality care to families and young women. She is particularly passionate about addressing OCD and anxiety-related challenges, as well as trauma.

Zoe’s practice is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), incorporating mindfulness, defusion to thoughts, and acceptance of feelings. She also focuses on values and beliefs re-orienting, alongside person-centred and strengths-based approaches. She values honesty in the work she undertakes and ensures that each participant feels supported and understood. Zoe currently holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling.
