Naomi
Naomi is a behaviour support practitioner, dedicated to supporting children, families, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs. She brings extensive experience in working with children with autism, ADHD, OCD, and anxiety, as well as supporting individuals with mental health challenges such as schizophrenia, complex PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. Naomi works from a neurodivergent-affirming perspective, ensuring her clients feel understood and respected.

In her work, Naomi utilises a range of techniques, including mindfulness, narrative-based practices, externalisation techniques, and grounding exercises. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools, emotional regulation strategies, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches to guide her clients toward achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. Naomi's professional background includes roles in family intervention and career counselling and she currently holds a Bachelor of Human Services (Psychology major).
