Layne

Layne is a compassionate Social Worker and behaviour support practitioner dedicated to early intervention and supporting neurodivergent children and their families. With a Bachelor of Social Work from Griffith University and a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Layne brings a wealth of experience to her practice, having worked in diverse settings including childcare, schools, and out-of-home care.

Layne's approach is embedded in empathy, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to personalised support. She specialises in helping neurodivergent children lead fulfilling lives by employing person- and systems-based techniques that focus on their unique needs and strengths. Her passion for early intervention drives her to provide respectful and effective care, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Focusing on building trust and maintaining honest communication with her participants, Layne is available to support participants and families on the Gold Coast, bringing a deep understanding of both individual and systemic challenges to her practice.
