Gabriela
Gabriela is a compassionate and creative behaviour support practitioner and social worker who values integrity, quality connections, and using a non-judgemental approach. She works with a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred lens, and is passionate about empowering people to make their own choices, gain confidence in their own abilities, and work towards the life they want to live.
Gabriela brings a diverse skillset and knowledge in Psychology, Arts, Community Development, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-informed practice, and Grief Movement Guidance to her work. She has extensive experience and interest in grief and loss, using creative methods to process and deal with challenging experiences, working with people with disabilities, and supporting young people and adults recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.
In her spare time, Gabriela enjoys hiking through forests, running, writing, singing, spending time with animals, and connecting with family and friends.
