Erin

Erin is a highly-experienced psychologist who brings an empathetic and understanding approach to all her participants. Her sessions are always conducted in a casual, and conversational manner to help her participants feel at ease, and she ensures everyone knows they are in a non-judgemental environment.

Erin is highly experienced in helping people with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) and PTSD. She also has a special interest in helping people through anxiety and depression, as well as schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder.

Erin employs a range of techniques to treat her clients including: CBT, ACT, DBT and talk therapy. Her person-centred, and strengths-based approach is highly effective in helping people from young adolescents, adults and the elderly.

Erin values trust and honesty in all her relationships with her participants and ensures everyone she meets with feels respected and heard.

As a Registered Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner, Erin has completed a range of studies to support her comprehensive experience including a Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Graduate Entry), a Graduate Diploma of Psychology and an Advanced Graduate Diploma of Psychology.
